Hence, VPM created separate cell for Unified Placements to take care of both Placements as well as Trainings. VPM is always on forefront of Change and Quality Education and creation of UPC is a step in that direction.

- By Helping students familiarize themselves with the recruitment methods which are used by top organizations (including methods like GROUP DISCUSSIONS, APTITUDE TESTS, PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS, PERSONAL INTERVIEWS etc). Also helping students improve their capabilities in handling these recruitment methods.
- Organizing Recruitment Drives in the campus for leading organizations.
